Medications covered by Medicaid:
- Nicotine Patches and Nicotine Gum: Need a prescription order saying “over-the-counter”.
- Chantix® (Varenicline) and Zyban
(Bupropion): Prescription needed.
- Nicotine Inhalers and Nicotine Nasal Sprays: Prescription needed.
How much medication coverage can I get?
